With its intuitive screw cap, the flask is easily and quickly filled at aid stations so you don't waste precious seconds. Its flexible material shrinks as you drink, ensuring it takes up minimal volume when empty. 100% PVC and BPA-free, the ErgoFlask is also eco-friendly and durable so you can safely use, wash and use again. Simply place it in the dishwasher for easy cleaning after your run.
